Let’s see what Komi Can’t Communicate Season 2nd holds

    On December 24, the official website of Netflix announced Tomohito Oda’s anime name Komi Can’t Communicate. The manga revealed that the series will return in April 2022 for a second season. Netflix said on Twitter that the second instalment will be available in 2022.

    On Thursday, the anime’s first season’s 12th and last episode aired. Later on October 6-7, the animation debuted on TV Tokyo and other stations and the animation became available exclusively on Netflix in Japan.

    The anime premiered outside of Japan on Netflix on October 21, two weeks after it premiered in Japan, with new episodes released weekly. Netflix streams the Komi Can’t Communicate anime in eight dubbed languages and 31 subtitled languages in over 190 countries.

    The manga is being published in English by Viz Media, and the following is a synopsis of the plot:

    Timid Tadano is a complete wallflower, and he loves it that way. All of that changes on the first day of high school when he finds himself alone in a classroom with the famed Komi.

    He rapidly discovers she isn’t aloof, but rather really awkward. Later on, after knowing the truth he made his duty to assist her in her goal of making 100 friends!

    Oda first published a one-shot version of the manga in September 2015, and the manga was first published in Weekly Shonen Jump Sunday in May 2016.

    On October 18, Shogakukan released the manga’s 23rd compiled book volume. On August 14, Viz Media released the Komi Can’t Communicate manga’s 16th volume.
